About Erica

A true Atlanta native, Erica grew up in Snellville.  As a lifelong resident of Atlanta, she has witnessed the city’s exceptional growth and development and has extensive knowledge of the metropolitan area.

After spending four years at the University of Georgia earning a bachelor's degree in music performance, Erica moved to Manchester, England to continue her studies at the Royal Northern College of Music. She earned a postgraduate performance diploma and returned home to begin her career as a professional flutist.  As a freelance musician, Erica has traveled all over Atlanta and the state of Georgia, performing with many regional orchestras and ensembles.

The music industry took a downturn at the start of the pandemic and revealed an opportunity to pursue another career.  Real estate has been a long-time interest for Erica and has provided an outlet for her to serve others with excellence.  It is her goal to provide the highest level of service to each client.  With her broad knowledge of the market, strong organizational, communication and negotiating skills, she works to ensure a smooth transaction whether it be a home purchase or sale.

Relationships matter. Erica loves working with people, learning about them and their home needs, and truly enjoys when clients become friends.

Erica lives in Dunwoody with her husband John and their retired racing greyhounds, littermates Rebel and Ripley.  She enjoys traveling, reading, knitting, painting, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.  You can also find her running around Dunwoody and participating in several races throughout the year.
